同時具備 OP 操作與CS 客服技能,負責海運出口全流程執行與客戶第一線服務。需具備 2~3年以上海運承攬經驗,能獨立處理訂艙、清關、文件、客訴,確保出口作業準時率、高度客戶滿意度。
Global Process Account Handling, Shipping Documentation, Billing, Coordinating Clients and Vendors。 (有船務或物流經驗佳)
• Daily e-mail communications with overseas offices/agents/partners ,and ensure shipment details are accurately and timely entered into our/related proprietary systems.
• To ensure that the export shipment are handled and stored properly.
• Manage company's exports activities.
• To undertake any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
• Maintain relationship with control tower, shipping companies, CO-LOADERS, customs brokers ,overseas partners ,shipper, etc.
• Communicate with Vendor / Customer.
• Arrange cargo(incl. D.G. & Non-D.G.) , BCN-buyer Consul, CY Topping up, special equipment, etc.
• Generating the required documentation and liaising with our customer care specialists to ensure requirements are met All of these activities are to be performed in compliance with rules and regulations governing sea transport and associated national protocols, etc.
• The role may from time to time if trade management do not control this function on a given trade, be responsible for managing the coordination of customer shipments by securing buy rates and capacity with qualified carriers / partners.
• To work with Control Tower / Sales and Customer Care on account implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
