The Security Services organization is responsible for building core security products and features, such as Data Loss Prevention, web security, IPS, Malware and Threat Prevention, and Breach and Anomaly Detection. We apply artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies across the Netskope cloud security platform. As part of the Security Services organization, the security efficacy team is responsible for continuous enhancement and enrichment of our threat intelligence, and security infrastructure capabilities.

You will work across development, research and product management teams to craft innovative solutions to the most challenging problems our customers face, and use your passion for and expertise in threat protection, malware detection, web security and network security to help drive the continued evolution of our market-leading products. <What you will be doing>
- You will be an integral member of our artificial intelligence, security research, development and analytics team responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of distributed AI security product/service, with an emphasis on latest attacks on GenAI/LLM.
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, threat researchers and data analysts to better understand customer requirements, find bottlenecks, and provide solutions.
- Take full ownership and commitment in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, end-to-end products and services that protect netskope customers.
- Provide timely support on AI security infrastructure, AI security efficacy assurance, customer escalations, etc.
<Required skills and experience>
- The ideal candidate will have true startup spirit and be willing to wear multiple hats and deliver end-to-end solutions in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Great team work player, experience to mentor junior engineers is plus for senior level
15+ years of design/development experience building customer facing security products/services.
- Experience of ML/AI/GenAI security, developing file/text analyzer, developing pattern matching engines, developing ML or heuristic based detection engines or systems.
- Proficient in at least one of these programming languages: Java, Python, Go-lang.
- Proficient in at least one of public cloud technologies such as AWS,GCP and Azure and familiar with cloud infrastructure configuration/operation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with a UI or data scientist team will be a plus.
- Experience in developing security/vulnerability scanning engines will be a plus.
- Experience in AI agent development is a big plus.
- Can-do attitude on problem-solving, quality and ability to execute and willing to work with flexible time.
<Education>
- BSCS or equivalent required, MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred
