As part of the investment team, you will engage in all aspects of driving an investment opportunity to success, including pre-investment assessment and working closely together with portfolio companies to strengthen the capabilities of operation and management, business development, connect the key resources and industry partners to generate short to mid term synergies for both parties.

Job description:
- Deal scouting and sourcing: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Due diligence: Lead the due diligence process for prospective investments.
- Portfolio management: with first-person mindset, actively manage and support portfolios’ growth.
- Synergy execution: drive and execute synergies and strategies within VENTURE+ ecosystem.
- Strategic collaboration: connect with enterprise partners to build up an industry resource pool.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in VC/CVC technology investment
- 3+ years in the tech operation frontline as a tech lead/sales/PM or entrepreneur in the tech business.
- Significant startup/tech industry network
- Proven emerging technologies valuation skills and domain expertise in two or more sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
