The Established Opinion Leaders (EOL) Coordinator is a member of a team that plans and implements AIT's Global Cooperation Training Framework (GCTF) program for EOL audiences, including individuals and organizations such as think tanks, professional associations, civil society organizations, third-country government representatives, and academic institutions relevant to GCTF.
Designs and recommends Public Diplomacy (PD) strategies to connect with EOL audiences to build and sustain productive dialogue and promote an understanding of and support for U.S. policy in the GCTF portfolio, such as cybersecurity, supply chains, public health, marine debris, law enforcement cooperation, women's empowerment, energy efficiency, e-commerce, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HA/DR), and media literacy.
In addition, the EOL Coordinator, under the supervision of the Branch Public Affairs Officer (BPAO) and in coordination with AIT Kaohsiung's Public Engagement Specialist and other AIT PD colleagues, plans, develops, coordinates, oversees, and evaluates non-GCTF PD projects and initiatives to engage EOL subject matter experts and the audiences they reach.
Collaborates with the Community Management Coordinator and AIT/Taipei Strategic Content Coordination Team to incorporate strategic content into digital and online engagement.
