此職位參與地面站、移動通訊站和相關系統設備相關系統設備之機構設計工作,包括電動雲台、馬達驅動基座、RF/微波模組結構等的設計與原型開發。該工程師需具備良好的基礎工程知識、實際操作技能和實際設計能力,並能依據設計需求完成從建模、出圖到製造支援的完整工作流程。
主要職責
• 協助設計與建模天線系統相關結構元件(例如:電動雲台、機構殼體、散熱模組)。
• 使用 Creo或Solidworks 創建 3D 模型和2D 圖面,製作 BOM 與組裝圖。。
• 協助原型製作、現場組裝和結構驗證,並協助後續的製造和維護優化。
• 與跨部門工程師合作,並配合設計變更流程和版本控管。
所需技能與工具
• 熟練使用 Creo 或Solidworks 進行機構設計和建模作業。
• 能製作並解讀工程圖與裝配圖,具備零件設計與系統整合概念。
• 熟悉基本的機構設計流程,了解可製造性設計 (DFM) / 可裝配性設計 (DFA) 基本原則。
基本工程要求
• 對工程物理與計算能力。
• 願意學習並配合部門導入的系統工程流程與設計標準,例如 ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288。
Job Description
This position will work under the supervision of the Mechanical Engineering Manager to support the mechanical design of ground stations, mobile communication platforms, and related system equipment. Responsibilities include the design and prototyping of components such as gimbals, motorized pedestals, and RF/microwave module structures. The engineer should have a solid foundation in engineering principles, hands-on skills, and practical design ability, and should be capable of handling the full workflow from modeling and drafting to manufacturing support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and modeling of mechanical components related to antenna systems (e.g., gimbals, enclosures, thermal modules).
Use Creo or Solidworks to create 3D models and 2D drawings, and prepare BOMs and assembly documentation.
Support prototype fabrication, on-site assembly, and structural verification, and assist in follow-up manufacturing and maintenance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and support the implementation of design changes and version control processes.
Required Skills & Tools
Proficient in using Creo or Solidworks for mechanical design and modeling tasks.
Able to create and interpret mechanical and assembly drawings; familiar with part design and system integration concepts.
Understands basic mechanical design workflows and DFM/DFA principles.
Fundamental Engineering Requirements
Strong understanding of engineering physics and basic mechanical calculations.
Willingness to learn and follow system engineering processes and design standards such as ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288.
