【職位描述 Role Summary】 We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong potential to grow into a Product Manager role. This position works closely with business owners and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements and ensure delivery teams build the right solutions. You will operate at the intersection of life services, customer experience, operations, and technology—bridging business and engineering through structured analysis, high-quality documentation, and proactive stakeholder management. This role requires a native Taiwanese professional who can communicate naturally with local users and partners, while understanding U.S. culture and ways of working. Fluent English speaking is required. 【工作內容 Key Responsibilities】 1. Business Analysis & Requirements • Elicit and clarify business needs through interviews, workshops, observation, and data review. • Produce clear documentation including BRD, PRD/user stories, process maps, service blueprints, functional specs, and acceptance criteria. • Translate ambiguous goals into structured problem statements, defined scope, measurable success metrics. • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies; propose options and trade-offs. 2. Product & Delivery Support • Partner with business owners to define MVP and iteration roadmap. • Maintain and prioritize backlogs based on value, effort, and risk. • Collaborate with design and engineering to ensure clarity and feasibility. • Support release planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch feedback. • Track progress and communicate status, blockers, and key decisions. 3. Stakeholder & Cross-Cultural Collaboration • Bridge communication across Taiwan-based stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership. • Communicate effectively in English with U.S.-based stakeholders (direct, structured, documentation-driven). • Facilitate alignment across business, operations, compliance, customer support, and engineering. 【工作技能 Required Skills】 • Native Taiwanese; able to communicate naturally with local stakeholders. • Strong English speaking and writing proficiency. • 3–5+ years as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role. • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, build-ready requirements. • Experience working with technical teams (APIs, integrations, data flows, basic architecture). • Strong stakeholder management and decision facilitation skills. • Willingness to travel to Mainland China and other locations if required.
