• 擬定並執行年度銷售與營運計畫，與公司策略對齊
Develop and execute annual sales and revenue plans aligned with company strategy.
• 帶領並培育業務團隊，提升績效與協作度
Lead and develop the sales team to enhance performance and teamwork.
• 開發國際新客戶，建立策略合作關係
Expand international markets and build strategic partnerships.
• 維繫關鍵客戶，推動長期合作與營收成長
Manage key accounts and drive long-term customer relationships.
• 追蹤市場趨勢與競爭動態，制定對應策略
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to define strategies.
• 與產品／營運團隊協作，推動商業模式創新
Collaborate with product and operations teams to drive business innovation.
• 建立並追蹤 KPI，確保業績穩定成長
Establish and track KPIs to ensure steady sales growth.

■ 我們期待你具備的能力與經驗｜Required Skills & Experience
• OEM／ODM 外銷經驗，熟悉國際市場
Experience in OEM/ODM export sales and familiarity with global markets.
• 5 年以上業務團隊管理經驗
5+ years of sales team management experience.
• 中英文流利，能與國際客戶順暢互動
Proficiency in Chinese and English for smooth customer communication.
• 良好的溝通、談判與跨文化協作能力
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
